Real estate assets in Spain will rise in value in the first quarter of the year, according to CBRE’s Valuation Market Trends report, which highlights that the logistics market will lead the market, while the hotel segment “will maintain a stable evolution”. Fernando Fuente, senior director Valuation & Advisory Services of the consultancy firm, argues that 2022 could be “the turning point” for hotel values, “which could recover their pre-pandemic levels before the end of this year”.
