Hosflex Student Living has been created to accompany operators and investors in a different business in the real estate sector that is evolving very significantly; that of student housing, which until recently continued to be large houses with no infrastructure to facilitate the lives of the young students who would reside within these properties.

The need for students to move to cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Bilbao and other smaller cities has given rise to a new business model called student housing. Student housing is a knowledge building where students find everything they need to meet their academic and personal needs. This trend is framed within the concept of Facility Management, which is explained as the creation of enabling environments with the technologies and processes for the development of integrated activities. Among the facilities offered by a knowledge building are toilet facilities, study rooms, internet connectivity, games room, gym, restaurants and other advantages that make life more comfortable for university students, allowing them to share with their peers in safe and more affordable spaces than housing in city centres.
