The consulting firm Hosflex Capital Management in collaboration with Grupo SC Consultores, led by Mats Lodder and David Soriano, respectively, are in charge of the integral development of the turnkey project of the new residence for the elderly ‘La Beneficencia’, in Ontinyent.

The works are scheduled to begin on June 1 with an estimated duration of 18 months. With a total investment of 8.5 million euros, the new residence will house 97 places, 100% of them arranged with the Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies of the Generalitat Valenciana, and will generate 25 new jobs.

The new building will be surrounded by a green area and equipped with a large central multifunctional space, from which the distribution is organized in coexistence nuclei, 6 small residences within the residence with their own areas for groups of between 15 and 25 people, so as to ensure a home-like operation, with private areas to promote the independence of the user and others for leisure and recreation, common spaces, small terraces and a gym at the top of the new residence. The project has been designed following healthy building standards: bright, well oriented and ventilated, fully accessible and inclusive, with flexible uses, simple maintenance and taking into account current sustainability and energy saving measures.
